Great location to attend event @ Bell Centre venue

The hotel is in a fantastic location if you are attending any event at the Bell Centre venue, it's a short 5 min walk. For some reason the hallways were freezing compared to the temperature in the rooms. Room was comfortable and clean, we had to request an extra set of towels as they only provided 2 even though our reservation was for 3 people. Parking is available underneath the hotel and included with your room, it's a little tight so might be difficult if you have a larger vehicle but very convenient and they allow in and out privileges. The shower was good but as there is no door and the drain is slower to drain the water vs. how fast its coming out the bathroom floor can get wet and it appears on there has been water damage to the bathroom door at the bottom from the inside as a result. Overall, it was good, we would stay here again because you can't beat the location and it was clean and safe.

Great value! So close to downtown and nearby Bell Centre. Comfortable bed with adequate room temperature control and no audible noise from neighbors. Enjoyed a varied breakfast in the dining hall. Wish there was an air extractor for the bathroom and backlit vanity mirror.

I found the property a little old and I hate carpeting in the bedrooms. For 2 people they gave us 2 bath towels and a couple of little ones. I had to ask for more and was advised that that was usually given for 2 people. I did receive more. Also, when taking a shower the water always sprayed out of the shower onto the floor as there was a small ledge between to stop the water.
