DRIVE-IN MOVIE THEATER:
Our home is located next to the local drive-in movie theater, which operates through the summer months. We have never had any complaints about noise or light from the theater. If there are cars lined up to get into the theater, just drive past and pull into the driveway. You do not have to wait in the traffic. Please see our great reviews or message me with any questions or concerns.

BOOKING BOTH PROPERTIES:
This home is a duplex with a shared driveway but no shared walls. Please message me If you're interested in renting out both properties. Together, both units can sleep up to 14 guests.

Keep pets off beds and the couch and clean up after them in the yard. Report any damage done inside of the house. No shoes in carpeted bedrooms.
Your reservation includes coverage for up to $300 of accidental damage. Damages must be disclosed to Toni before or upon check out.
Damage that exceeds $300 will be charged to the guest. The guest will be billed for intentional damages or damages due to negligence.

Super Clean and lots of extras

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire house. Not a spot of dust anywhere, and everything smelled great. Toni very graciously allowed us to check in an hour early and her communication was always prompt and courteous. She has thought of almost everything you could possibly want in a rental! There is even a little basket of essentials in case you forgot something. Also, plenty of laundry detergent for doing laundry (if you choose), a box of games to play, books and magazines to read, a Switch for gamers, and plenty of streaming services to choose from (you don't need your own subscription). We had a super comfortable stay and would 100% stay here again if we were in the area. Thanks so much, Toni!

Home away from home.

Our extended stay at M and E Homes was just what we needed. The home is incredibly comfortable and beautifully designed.The hosts have thought of everything, from the well stocked spacious kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and a very comfortable master bedroom and bath! Plus 2 guest bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath.Also the Nintendo switch was super fun to play!!The host was so incredibly kind and helpful and available for anything we may have needed, which wasn’t much because they really have thought of everything!The location is perfect, walkable to shops/restaurants/hospital. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with gorgeous sunrises and sunset views of the San Juans. The fenced in yard was secure and amazing for our tiny dogs. Summer time would be so fun to stay as the drive movie theater is right next door!If we ever find ourselves in need of a place to stay in Montrose, we will absolutely stay here again!! Thank you so much for everything!!

Fun stay!!

. We had everything we needed and I love all labels in the house. Your towels are nice and soft. You had extra and had beach towels just in case we go to the hot springs. My granddaughters loved the make up face clothes. Im going to have to buy some now lol. Your beds are so comfy and you had a lot of extra blankets to cover up on the couch with! Thank you for allowing dogs!! I think they make a less mess than kids haha😆 They loved running around in the real grass outside. We used the barbecue and they had extra lawn chairs to kick it outside. They had a bundle of stuff for the dogs and extra poop bags. They have a water tray for the dogs if you need one. We loved that you had high speed internet service and all the games we could play. I think my grandkid signed us in to Amazon on the tv so you will have to sign us out? You had an extra speaker in the house so we could play some Halloween music while we were cutting our pumpkins. You had games the family to play with. Everything was so perfect. I love that you had a hook rack and bench bun the door to hang our stuff. The open floor plan and whoever decorated your place made it look great! Very updated in style Thank you again.

Wonderful! Fully appointed with everything we needed. Loved everything was labeled to avoid wasting time trying to find various items! Would love to stay at this home again next year when we return to Colorado for more fall colors and Jeep trails.

Charming Montrose Rental

The house was incredibly cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A highlight was the backyard, offering a great space to enjoy the beautiful Colorado sunsets. We loved the peaceful neighborhood and the proximity to plenty of local attractions.

This house is even better than the photos! Laid out perfectly for traveling with our 2 college kids. Extra clean, super organized and very comfortable. Probably the favorite house we have rented. And this area of Colorado is beyond beautiful, super close to Black Canyon and great for a day trip to Ouray. Highly recommend!

Perfect home base for exploring Black Canyon

This immaculately clean and well-organized, fully furnished home was the perfect home base for our family when we visited Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. The home is near local shopping such as Safeway and WalMart so it was easy to stock up on supplies. Toni and Pete were wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome, and communication with them was excellent. Five stars!!!

Montrose Beauty

We have family in Montrose. We went this time for a memorial. And spent a few extra days to be with our sister-in-law. Such a great house and floorplan. Toni, our host, had thought of everything a visitor might use while on a trip. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. The weather was perfect for our visit. We spent time in the back with the dogs and enjoyed the views of the mountains. If I could have answered the questions above better, I would give this gem and host ten stars. She also had a wonderful book with all sorts of info about Montrose and surrounding towns and places to visit. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed four nights with some friends from Fruta. The location was wonderful for a quick jaunt to Black Canyon. We also made day trips to Ouray and Telluride. The layout of the house is excellent and Toni furnished the place out very nicely. Communication with Toni was excellent!! I would definitely stay again!

Great Stay Close to Everything

Property was super clean, perfect for our mixed group of friends and family! Toni was an attentive and responsive host and so thoughtful. Such a great place for dogs - fully fenced yard and even has dog towels, blanket, and bowls ready for you! This was a perfect base camp!
