Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Southern home just blocks from Caddo Lake. We are close to Horace M Downs Park which is right on the Caddo Lake dam. This charming home is situated on 2 large corner lots with plenty of space for vehicle & boat parking. Relax on the front porch & make s’mores in the backyard fire pit. The historic home features original hardwood floors, soaring 12’ ceilings, smart tv, games, & a washer & dryer.
The space
Historic 1930s remodeled home with 2 available sides to rent. If you need to spread out and/or need to sleep 12 in beds, rent both sides! Some rooms have 12’ bead-board ceilings & original hardwood floors. There are front porch rockers and swings, and the large 2-lot yard features a firepit and tire swing. The home is just blocks from Caddo Lake & a public boat launch, it sits next to an elementary school in a safe neighborhood. Mooringsport is close to several quaint small towns & 20 minutes from many attractions such as Caddo Lake State Park, Gators & Friends, Chimp Haven, Riverboat Casinos, The Boardwalk shops/ Bass Pro, Sci-Port & The Aquarium.
