Borgo Dulcedo is an exclusive villa for vacation rental in Puglia, in the countryside of Capo di Leuca. The villa is just a few kilometers from the beaches of Marina di Pescoluse and Torre Vado.
The villa, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool with panoramic view and solarium, is equipped with air conditioning, hair dryer and TV. There is also a room with equipment for doing sports.

Borgo Dulcedo is a Mediterranean-style villa with architecture and several elements reminiscent of typical Salento rural buildings, with low walls and outbuildings made of dry-stone.
The villa is immersed in the nature of Capo di Leuca, characterized by Mediterranean vegetation. Thepool area overlooks the surrounding panorama and has a solarium with sunbeds.
The structure consists of two units. The main body of the villa has a cozy veranda furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The entrance is into a large living room divided into lounge with sofa and panoramic window, and kitchen complete with dining room. Downstairs there is a relaxation room with equipment for doing sports.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, including 1 double, 1 single with French bed and 1 twin with pull-out bed. There are 2 full shower rooms in this unit.
A few steps away from the main unit and the pool are two annexes in typical Salento lamie. The first annex is furnished with double bed, double sofa bed and en suite bathroom. The second annex is 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The villa with pool Borgo Dulcedo is located in Capo di Leuca, in the territory of Morciano di Leuca. The villa is in the countryside just 1.4 km from the sea of Torre Vado and just 2 km from the first beautiful beaches of Marina di Pescoluse.
The center of the small town of Morciano di Leuca is about 2 km away and there are all the main businesses. Santa Maria di Leuca is less than 10 km from the villa.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October, off-season pool's opening with an extra of euro 300.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The villa is composed by 3 housing units: a main building plus two annexes in tipical Salentinian "lamie".
- Internet is just in the main building.
- One out of the three bathrooms is just a service toilet, without shower.
- Televisions in two bedrooms and in the fitness area.
- The house is equipped with surveillance cameras.
- Mosquito nets not to every windows/doors.
