Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time in Morehead City. It had been over 30 years since we had been there for my husband and I. Everyone at the hotel were amazing and super friendly. Great place to stay and they allow your "fur" babies to join on your vacation. The only issue we found, the floors need to be mopped in the rooms. The room overall, VERY clean, however the floors were not. We will for sure come back and stay again soon.

We enjoyed the staff they were very kind and accommodating but the breakfast was not good, the bedding had some questionable marks on them. I will say the rooms were very spacious and had plenty of extra pillows which was nice and the beds were actually comfortable. It was just rough for a $200 a night room.

Overall our stay was very good. Nice room and bathroom, very good breakfast choices, helpful staff. However, the vinyl tile floor in the room was in terrible need of some serious mopping. Because the floor is a dark vinyl, it did not appear dirty, but it waa very dirty. It soiled/stained our clean socks and feet from walking on it.

Stayed a few times before. Friendly front staff. Those times was a Good bkft, real eggs. This visit, bath towels were not clean (hairs on all), floors sticky, breakfast meats were undercooked and no bananas. Not as good as before. Hot water (reservoir container issue?) was not clear and had to ask for that. Again, staff very accommodating. Ice inconvenient on 3 rd floor. May reconsider next trip.

I was really very concern about the in tub shower, There was no skid proofing in the tub and it was very slippery. I was afraid i would fall. I had to hold onto the railing to steady myself.
