We always stay here, the view is amazing and love the remodel. Not happy about the $50 parking charge. I think that is ridiculous.

The room was very clean. It was fun to see the beautiful ocean from balcony. I was unhappy with the bathroom. Especially the shower. The vent that you HAD To have on, was Right over your head in the shower. So i did not use shower. Besides the noise I would feel like junk from vent could fall on your head. Luckily I was alone and was able to leave bathroom door open to be able to leave noisy vent off. The check in staff was Very friendly and kind.

I stayed here previously and had a great experience, but this time not so much. The price advertised online said it was the total price of the stay. Then at the hotel they tacked on an extra 45 dollars for "fees." Why do I have to pay for parking when I'm paying to stay there, among other things. I have never experienced that anywhere I've stayed. Before when I stayed here, I felt that it had great value, but this time there were so many better places I could've gone for way cheaper. The pool was not heated, we only had the small towels, not even a bathtub in the room. No breakfast for the insane price?For the price I paid in the dead of winter, I'd expect a lot better.

LOVED sitting on the balcony on the 7th floor. We had a King room; bed was comfy. The view was fantastic! First stay at this hotel and we were very pleased. We will be back! We interacted with 3 staff members and all were pleasant. It felt like a local hotel with many nice touches.

The room and most of the staff were great. But we got charged $20 a night to park which is crazy for the off season and we didn't know about that until we checked in. Not good. Also, the restaurant manager came out to us while we sitting at t able outside the restaurant and said you can't sit there unless you have food or drink from the restaurant. It was not written anywhere and there was no one at any of the other tables. Not very nice. These things could prvent us from coming back.

Mattress in room is like sleeping on the floor. Charging $20.00 per day for parking and $3.00 for coffee is crazy. The staffing was fantastic not there doing with charges for things that should come with the room.

My mom and I come here every year for our birthdays in November, as well as usually for Mother's Day weekend. We love staying here! The view is always amazing, the staff are kind and helpful, the new restaurant is very enjoyable, and the rooms are always clean. You can tell the new owners are working hard to update this property by the constant projects and folks doing little things around the property daily. Our only recommendation would be to update the bathrooms in the guest rooms, they are in dire need. The space could be used so much better which would greatly improve the guest experience. Showers are a pain!!! Otherwise, we love staying with you all and we WILL be back!
