Enjoy this one-of-a-kind peaceful getaway. Our cozy stone house is only a short 45-minute drive from Grand Rapids with nearby water access and year-round outdoor fun. Lots of space, a beautiful home, and pub/dining building for you to enjoy.

Enjoy the beauty of the Hardy Dam Pond, an amazing water getaway with several access points nearby. Explore nature trails or hunt our 20-acre property. Check out The Dragon--a 40-mile bike and hike trail system.

This is truly a perfect getaway for family and friends!

The weekend trip that was planned was between lifelong high school friends. The five of us were “ like brothers”. After high school , like many friends we all went our separate ways. Some to school ,some to work etc. we all stayed in loose communication with each other but never found the time as a group to get together again. When one of our group became Ill and we thought we were going to loose him , we all decided that we should get together if he makes it . He did and that led us to this past weekend. It had been 45 years since all 5 of us had been together at the same time and your house was the perfect meeting place. Plenty of room for all and the stone bar was an added bonus. We spent most of our time there laughing and joking like we were kids again. Thank You, Remo Amicarelli. P.S. we are all 63 years old now and moving into retirement phase of our life . Planning weekends like this will become a regular thing. Thanks again.

The house and entire property was awesome. We had 8 guys and were playing some local golf courses. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the outdoor setting and the adjacent “tap room” on property. Every single person enjoyed the property. Would definitely stay again if we go back to that area.

Lovely property. Took us a while to figure out how to connect to the stereo in the pub. WiFi issues for part of our stay but we weren’t there to be on our phones so it wasn’t a huge issue. Had an owl visiting around the campfire as well!

Perfect Base for a Weekend of Mountain Biking and Golf!

Second stayed at this house with a group of friends for a weekend of mountain biking and golf, and it could not have been better. The location is spot-on — close to trails, golf courses, and local spots. The house itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to relax after a day outside. The pub bar was a favorite. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun, easy getaway with friends.

For those looking to take advantage of Hardy Dam this house couldn’t be better. Ample boat parking, less than 2 miles to the ramp, cool pub to relax, grill a burger and watch your favorite football game! Would definitely come back!

Perfect for Golf Trip

We played at the Tullymore courses and the greater Grand Rapids area courses. This home was perfect for a foursome golf group wanting to do something different than a hotel. The pub and property were great additions to the home - and the outdoor shower was Pure Michigan!

Family Time

This was the perfect location to enjoy family time with my brothers camping at a Brower Park, and my sister camping at Rivers Ridge RV park. The pub was perfect on the rainy day for cards and hanging out. Such a unique place. Will definitely stay again.
