COUTETTAZ 1 is a spacious and cosy two bedrooms 3* ideally located in Morzine close to all amenities, 150 meters from tourism office and 350m from slopes and lifts. On first floor (no lift) it grants from a stunning view on the village and its mountains.
Its total surface of 97m² can accommodate 4 to 6 persons. It comprises :

- spacious living room with beautiful view, open equipped kitchen, dining area and access to the covered terrace. Lounge area with sofa-bed (140x190), TV, burning stove and access to balcony
- bedroom 1: one double bed (160x200), storage, access to balcony
- bedroom 2: bunk beds (80x190), storage
- bathroom with a shower and a bathtub
- separate toilet
