The Space:
Welcome to Seahaven at Mossy, a much-loved coastal home tucked into the relaxed surrounds of Mossy Point.
Designed with families and groups in mind, the home sleeps up to 9 guests across four bedrooms and offers plenty of room to spread out, with two separate living areas, a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, and inviting outdoor spaces surrounded by established trees.
The main living area connects beautifully with the garden and covered outdoor entertaining area, making it an easy place to gather for long lunches, afternoon drinks or a BBQ after a day at the beach. During the cooler months, the wood-burning fireplace creates a cosy spot to settle in and unwind.
A second living area provides another comfortable space for watching TV, reading or giving children and adults their own areas to relax.

Please note: Seahaven does not have Wi-Fi. Instead, you’ll find plenty of books and the perfect excuse to switch off and enjoy Mossy Point.

The Neighborhood:
Mossy Point is one of the South Coast’s most relaxed coastal villages, surrounded by beaches, bushland and the Tomaga River.
From Seahaven, you can stroll approximately one minute to Mossy Café for morning coffee or brunch or wander down to the Mossy Point boat ramp in around two minutes to launch a kayak, explore the river or watch the stingrays in the shallows.
Nearby Broulee and Tomakin offer beautiful beaches, swimming, surfing, cycling and coastal walks, while Batemans Bay and Moruya are within easy driving distance for shopping, dining and day trips.
It’s an ideal base for guests who want to enjoy the outdoors while still having cafés, beaches, and local attractions close by.
Getting Around:
One of the highlights of Seahaven is how much you can enjoy without getting in the car.
Walk to Mossy Café and the Mossy Point boat ramp, or bring the bikes and explore Mossy Point and nearby Broulee.
A car is recommended for exploring the wider Eurobodalla region, including Tomakin, Broulee, Batemans Bay, Moruya and the surrounding beaches and attractions.
