Suissevale Chalet sleeps 8 just a short walk to the beach

This delightful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in the Suissevale community. In less than five minutes you can enjoy access to the large shared sandy beach and the inviting waters of Lake Winnipesaukee. The beautiful and spacious beach has a gazebo, swim area, volleyball court, fishing lagoon, picnic tables, and grills! The Suissevale clubhouse, located nearby, offers tennis courts, basketball, and a playground.

Inside the chalet you’re greeted by an open concept layout that allows for socializing in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen while engaging in lively conversations with your loved ones. The dining area provides ample space for everyone to gather around and enjoy memorable meals together.

The large deck on the front of the house has plenty of seating and a cozy ambiance and is the perfect spot for outdoor gatherings. Whether you're sipping on your morning coffee or grilling up dinner after a long day on the water, the deck will become your favorite place to unwind. And when the sun sets and the day winds down, the lower level family room becomes the epicenter of evening entertainment. Gather around with your loved ones, play games, watch movies, and create lasting memories.

There are four comfortable bedrooms to choose from. On the main level, one bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the other holds two cozy twin beds. A bathroom with a shower completes the main level accommodations. On the lower level two more bedrooms await, one holds a full-sized bed while the other can be configured with two twin beds or transformed into a king-sized bed. A full bath with a tub is available for your pampering needs. You'll find a convenient laundry room just off the entertainment room. The owner has thoughtfully provided a couple of bikes if you'd like to bike around the community, and there are beach chairs available for that quick walk to the beach.

The Suissevale Association does not allow tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State's Landing Beach for guest use, where there is parking available.

If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $150 (let us know if you prefer the one king set to two twin sets for the lower level bedroom), towel packages are $12 per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
