Tv didn’t work at all, paint is peeling in outdoor hot tub area, the hot tub inside was out of order. overall, the hotel is run down. We had major issues trying to get a tall vehicle in the garage. The area for oversized vehicles is very hard to maneuver around. The price is high then you add $30 for resort fee and $30 for parking, this location is not worth the price!

I paid extra an extra on Expedia for two nights at a Valley View room. I reminded the hotel at check in. Instead, I was given a room with a view of the next building in a different direction. Very disappointing.

The hotel does not have AC. We were told to simply open our window and they provided us with box fans. We had our window and door open all night with three box fans running all night and it was over 80 degrees in our room at midnight. Plus our room overlooked the roof and vents and leaving the window and door open all night allowed us to hear the whirring of mechanicals all night. We slept horribly. Not to mention the room being dirty. Stains on the curtains, dust everywhere, and broken things like door trim and the ice bucket. Steer clear of this place.

Liked our room which was comfortable and clean and spacious. The hallways and other common areas were looking run down, unkempt and shop worn. A highlight was interacting with Galen one of the bellmen. Very polite, friendly, helpful and courteous.

This hotel has no air conditioning, which we did not realize before arrival. The property looks tired. Some staff was outright rude. Some were better, but still not the friendliest by any stretch.

We stayed two nights at this resort and weren’t impressed. The beds feel old and stiff. The stiffest hotel mattress I’ve slept on. The pillows are soft but deflate as soon as you lay on them. If you have anything bigger than a crossover suv, you’ll have a hard time parking, the garage is extremely tight. Our room door didn’t have the latch, it was broken. They were spacious rooms though and had an appropriate amenities minus a hair dryer. It was a 3/5 for us but it could or just been the room we were in.

After much research we found the best deal at Elevation. We paid extra to have a slope side view which was well worth it. Upon arrival we expressed that sitting out on the balcony with a view was very important to us. The employees were more than happy to accommodate and asked if we'd like to wait for a sixth floor room so we did. There is a Mexican restaurant on premises as well as a lobby bar. There are additional dining options within walking distance in the mountain village itself and a free shuttle into town for more.
