Welcome to CasaSOL, this homey cabin was recently renovated with stunning finishes and interiors for your enjoyment. Nestled amongst 1.5 acres of breathtaking mountainside, the cabin offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience - all within a two-hour drive of the Washington D.C. metro area.
CasaSOL ensures unparalleled privacy and relaxation in 2500 SF of cozy open space living. Enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove while listening to vinyl records and sipping a glass of wine. Then, drift off to sleep in a dreamy bedroom that is bathed with plenty of sunlight and vistas of the surroundings.

♠ Please do not leave any trash bags unattended with leftover food outside or in any deck area as it may attract wildlife (especially overnight).
☼THINGS TO KNOW☼
The house is equipped with typical supplies for your enjoyment and comfort. Please make sure to bring extra supplies as required by your specific needs.
We will provide the following:

⌂ The coat closet has wood folding luggage racks for your use. Please bring it to your bedroom as needed.
⌂ Please note there might be limited cell service around the cabin, so always use the Wi-Fi connection.
☼SAFETY☼
⌂ There are 3 outdoor cameras on the property, and none are directed to any amenity areas for your privacy.
⌂ For your safety, please familiarize yourself with the location of the fire extinguisher (located in the kitchen), and first-aid kit (located in the lower-level laundry room).
⌂ Casa Sol is a child-friendly place, but not necessarily child-proofed. Please keep small children under adult supervision at all times.
⌂ Please make sure all doors / sliding doors are securely closed before leaving the property during your stay.
⌂ You are welcome to walk the surrounding site, please use caution if doing so, use proper shoes and clothing, bug repellent, and take necessary precautions if in the presence of wildlife.
☼CLEANLINESS☼
⌂ Our home is your home, so we kindly request that you treat the property with respect as if it were your own, so keep it clean and tidy as much as possible.
⌂ We provide basic cleaning supplies and additional sheets and towels. However, any excessive cleaning required due to guest negligence will be subject to additional charges.

+ CasaSOL provides secure, keyless entry with a smart lock for contactless check-in. You will receive a unique personal entry code for the duration of your stay.
+ Cell phone service can be weak as you approach the Bryce Resort area. We recommend you set your GPS on your phone before arriving and departing CasaSOL.
+ The driveway can accommodate a total of 5 cars, also two parking spaces are provided at the driveway's entrance for your convenience. Parking on the street is prohibited.
+ We are not responsible for any vehicle damage. You will find that typically the Bryce area has steep and curvy roads so please be careful while driving.
☼ PEST CONTROL & WILDLIFE ☼
◘ Our cabin is well maintained and treated periodically by a pest control company. However, please be mindful this is a cabin in the woods so we cannot control bugs occasionally entering the house or found dead inside (this a good sign as we have a pest control service).
◘ To avoid bugs entering the cabin during your stay, we ask that you please keep all doors and sliding doors always closed.
◘ If you happen to see a bug inside the cabin please let us know, and we can schedule our pest control service. We don't foresee this being an issue during your stay, but we wanted to mention it.
◘ Trash cans are located at the bottom of the driveway. Please do not leave trash bags unattended with leftover food outside or in any deck area as it may attract wildlife.
◘ You are welcome to walk the property’s surrounding site, please take necessary precautions.
☼ NO SMOKING ☼
◘ Smoking is strictly prohibited at our property.
◘ Any smoking evidence inside will result in a fee for odor removal and additional furniture cleaning.
☼ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ☼
◘ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
◘ Please read the house rules and manual carefully before and during your stay.

☼ NUMBER OF GUESTS ☼
◘ Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed to stay in the cabin. It is important to have the correct number of guests in the reservation, so please update accordingly if the number changes.
☼ DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY ☼
◘ We understand that accidents happen. However, any damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear should be reported to the host immediately.
◘ Guests agree to pay for any damages made to the property or furnishings. Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb.
