The 2nd floor rooms are a terrible choice for anyone planning to sleep or sleep without ear plugs in or noise cancellation headphones. The 1st night we thought everyone was just settling in but after that it was non-stop everyday. The staff checked to move us but of course it's Christmas so the rooms were full. The next night was also terrible because after a long Christmas day - still no sleep with the guests kids running around. We had originally booked a 3rd floor room (Sara Lemmon) but I requested a better view & balcony. The hostess didn't mention anything about how thin the walls were and the benefit of the 3rd floor not having anyone above us. Not to mention off-property guests gave us dirty looks on Christmas day making my Family very uncomfortable. Never again.

Wonderful experience. The staff were amazing, pleasant/happy to help set up a very warm welcome. Limited secured parking, 1 vehicle. There is additional parking across the street. Highly recommend as a weekend getaway.
