The hotel is clean and I have stayed numerous times while working in the area. This time two small plastic bags with drugs were left on the headboard from the previous guest. When brought to the front desk clerks attention, she offered to switch rooms. Today I was reimbursed $35 for the inconvenience. I just can’t help but think what may have happened if a child got ahold of one of the “bags”. Things can be over looked but I took this issue very seriously and thought that the hotel didn’t take it very seriously.

This is a really nice, fairly new property with good amenities. Breakfast is on-site which makes for a convenient morning. Parking is easy and adequate. It’s easy to find right off the freeway. I enjoyed my stay here.

This was the filthiest shower I’ve ever seen, 3 gross hairs and black mold or grime of some sort I have pics it was 11pm so I just made sure the bed was clean and showered with towels on the floor and shoes on and didn’t use the bottles on the wall I didn’t even want to touch the Handel without using a towel between me and the handle. First room wasn’t clean yet so I already went back and had to get a new room and this one had a filthy shower but it was so late and I was so tired. Definitely wish I didn’t spend 170. For one night and a gross shower that I hopefully don’t catch something from. The housekeeping sucks and elevator is broken jerks hard on the 3 floor and makes loud scary noises and they do t have a permit there’s just a paper that says permit on file. Super sketchy while it’s groaning up to the third floor. I’m sorry I stay there for 6 years once a month but this was the worst I’ve ever seen it

Was here for a family reunion. They treated our family great and were very helpful. The breakfast lady was super sweet. The front desk staff was very accommodating as well. We did request cleaning service that they missed. This was for 3 rooms over a week, so we felt pretty good about our stay.

This was such a comfortable stay. Honestly the staff was so helpful. I’ve had so much patience with me, even though I had some issues with my banking.. They didn’t make me feel bad about having a late check out either they were above and beyond for accommodating my issues thank you, thank you
