Better off camping

I’m not sure where to start, but staying here was a HUGE mistake. We needed a handicap room and from the moment we started down the hall, I could smell a mildew smell. There were plug ins all down the hall, but the worst was when we entered the room. I complained and came to find out the place was built on a creek and the first floor has common problems with mildew, especially because the AC is on the floor and it recycles the air from outside. Moving to another hotel wasn’t an option because of big music festival in town. Our room key didn’t work at least a dozen times and I had to walk up to get it reset. The staff is super nice. They tried to be helpful and sprayed our AC thoroughly with a bleach cleaner until that is all we smelled for about 30 minutes, then the mildew smell came back. I’ve never been so happy to leave a hotel. But honestly it wasn’t for lack of effort from the staff. This hotel has some real issues and nice people will it be enough to ever return.

The rooms were clean, modern and smelled clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Temperature control was responsible and comfortable. Staff were exceptional. Great value for the money.

Hotel had a weird smell in the rooms. AC smelled like mildew or wet dog. Carpet in the rooms smelled terrible. Shower head had mold with several noticeable mold spots on shower tub. The small fridge didn’t cool. Door lock didn’t properly shut. Ice machine had a terrible taste. I checked out earlier than anticipated and got charged the entire trip. There waa no partial refund. This place was expensive to stay and not worth the cleanliness. Breakfast was liquified materials you had to heat up in a communal pan.

Great overnight stay

It was a great overnight stay, clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't anything to brag about but most hotel free breakfasts aren't.

We stayed at the quality Inn and suites in Mountain Home Arkansas for one night and absolutely loved it. The rooms were well appointed and clean. It was located within walking distance to some restaurants. And the staff was fantastic extremely friendly.
