Beautifully decorated single family home in a quite residential neighborhood. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, family room. and full kitchen. One bedroom has built-in office with 2 workstations--perfect setting for working remotely. Large sunroom with pool table. Five minute drive to Town Square. Close to shops, restaurants, and Baxter Hospital. Mountain Home, AR is a great destination for boating, kayaking, hiking, hunting, fishing, and antiquing.

My wife and I have used short term rental for 35 years. This is one of the best rentals we have seen. The house was clean and origanized. The kitchen well stocked and easy to use.Communication with the owner was exceptional. Door code was reduced to a simple easy number everyone uses. Checkout was much easier than usual. We would return without hesitation.

Very convenient for five adults and one child. We had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen and with two bathrooms. We had no competition for showers when we needed to get out. Very nice neighborhood, which felt very comfortable and safe

This is our second time renting this VRBO from Carolyn. We absolutely love the location and how beautiful the home is. Carolyn is wonderful and she has always been so accommodating. This VRBO is starting to be like a 2nd home to us when we come home to be with family. It is always well kept, clean, well lit, and us the perfect space to enjoy family. Perfect house for a family gathering. Nice big kitchen with new appliances and well equipped for cooking. The beds slept great and rooms had large closets. Plenty of areas for seating with comfortable furniture. Pool table is a nice addition for some evening fun. Home is located in a walkable neighborhood that was quiet and well kept up. We definitely will stay again when visiting the area. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

This home is a home away from home. The fresh cookies when we arrived, very nice touch! Beautiful home, cozy and accommodations provided everything you need while staying away from home. Our host was responsive, insured we had everything we needed at check in and check out. The guestbook was a nice touch outlining what the home offered as well as what was in town from restaurants to antiquing. My parents traveled with me and the home was accessible for their walkers and the master bathroom shower was a walk in shower. Perfect for them! We enjoyed the bonus room, nice area to play cards. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.

Great stay

The house was perfect size and location for my family as we were in town for a memorial service. Was nice to gather here rather than being in a hotel. Great communication with owner who was there in less than 5 minutes when we had a small issue. Would stay here again.

Nice place spacious and clean.

The house was very nice having a pool table with a big plus for later in the evenings when we were done riding. The owner was very polite. My father fell in the restroom and damaged a towel rack, when I called the owners, she was more worried about how my dad was then about the damage she allowed me to fix it without any further comments. She seems like a nice person.
