Nauti harvinaisesta tilaisuudesta oleskella aitossa jaetussa hirsimökissä Mountain Viewssa, Arkansasissa (joiden tukit ovat peräisin 1700-luvun lopulta), ja niissä on kokin mukautettu keittiö ja laajat panoraamanäkymät Dodd Mountain -laaksoon! Kypsä, puiden reunustama, kaksi hehtaarin suuruinen kiinteistö, jossa on pyöreä sora-asema ja joka on kiveisessä bluffissa. Peaceful Family Stay - Close to Attractions

The property is gorgeous, on a quiet road, and the cabin is equipped with all of the amenities you would need. The kids enjoyed the horseshoes and sleeping in the loft. We all enjoyed the views, cozy living area, and property in general. The location is relatively close to hiking and the rivers. Maybe it's the time of year, but most places we went were quiet and not busy at all. Very relaxing! We hung out around town, lots of neat shops. We ate at PJs Rainbow Cafe and had ice cream at the Music Box, all good!

Texas family met these Mississippi family members in Arkansas and enjoyed the beautiful weather and scenery. The property was great - kitchen was fully stocked - and the views of the mountains were breathtaking! Would stay again and recommend this as a great rental property for families!!

Something for everyone

We had a family get away for the girls ages 85,55, 24 and 25. The outdoor area was wonderful for reading, watching the sunset, enjoying the fire pit or enjoying the swing. Indoors were board games, books, nice kitchen. We stayed outside lots more than inside. The cabin is really unique and worth the stay. Great memories were made.

Lovely location

Wonderful!

This is a wonderful getaway in a beautiful location. We had a really peaceful and enjoyable getaway, with plenty to do nearby. The hosts were friendly and very responsive to questions. We hope to return in the fall to take in the color from the rockers on the back porch!

Amazing Getaway

WOW!! This cabin was perfect for our family. The views were amazing and the cabin was stocked with lots of things to keep our older teens busy. The fireplace was perfect to gather around and just spend time together. We are already making plans to come back!

Perfect weekend

It was so quiet & peaceful. The wood burning fireplace was amazing! We didnt use the bunkhouse but it was super cute. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Only draw backs were the foundation is falling in the center of the cabin so the shower was a little on a slant & the beds! There were some broken glasses in the cabinet & i cut my hand on one & it could use some curtain on the livingroom windows but it wouldnt stop us from staying again. There was a screech owl one night & man it was loud & so cool! We had just watching "my cousin vinny" the night before so it was super funny. If you know, you know lol! Thanks for a once in a lifetime weekend & a totally new & great experience!!

Luxury cabin

We enjoyed the view from the back porch. But the front view was as great also. We saw a lot of wildlife and several fawns with their Mama. I will always come back to this cabin. The bunkhouse was amazing and great for the older kids. I can’t say enough about this cabin. It is an experience that makes lasting memories.

Much needed relaxation

Soooo very cozy, rustic cabin with all the creature comforts and amenities. Loved cat napping in front of the large wood burning fireplace in living room... rain on the metal roof. Excellent kitchen and everything you need to cook, cast iron skillet and all. Owners responded promptly. The view from the backporch, especially sunrises, priceless. Close enough to town, but on a wooded cliff/bluff. You can get to Norfolk, Greeks Ferry, Calico Rock , and Mountain View all from 30 min to an hour 15 min. Will be returning to do some kayaking and skiing this summer.

Short getaway

The pictures are accurate. It is a beautiful peaceful setting for a cabin. The back porch and the swing were favorite places for us. We would certainly consider this cabin when we return to the Ozarks.

Awesome place to View the stars & storms.

Perfect spot high up on the mountain & still only 15 minutes from town. Flat front yard for kids to play during the day & look through telescope @ night. Beautiful large back porch to watch late night storms. Just a Great spot to stay regardless of what your doing.

Best vacation house yet

We totally loved this cabin. Everything was perfect the House was beautiful inside! There were multiple lush comfy blankets. The air conditioning was great!! We were there during 100+ degree temperatures but we were very comfortable in the cabin and in the bunkhouse. I highly recommend this place.

The Great Escape!

With all that has happened recently we needed a Great Escape! This beautiful property was just right for us. Lots of room to wander and play games with a 40 min drive to Mirror Lake and some trails. Iris just rustic enough but has all the amenities everyone needed. I would definitely go again.

AMAZING VIEW

Beautiful log cabin! They built the cabin using authentic old cabin logs from 1700's. It was amazing because you could actually still smell a hint of a camp fire aroma from the logs. It made me think about how things were then when cooking, heat, and survival depended on use of fire in that old original cabin. The view was breathtaking off back porch and the old cast iron claw foot tubs were perfect for a long hot bath. Would highly recommend!

Burch/Martinez Wedding!

We loved the land & the cabins. My kids want to go back. There was plenty of space for my family. However, there was an active mouse problem in the main cabin. We saw fresh mouse droppings on the kitchen counters & on living room furniture. We heard mice in the loft bedroom closets. There was a spider problem in the bunkhouse. We cleaned as best we could, to not be exposed to fresh droppings. We loved our stay & would stay again in future, but the owners need to try to mitigate the mice before guests check in.
