The villa, includes a sitting room with large bay windows, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the mezzanine floor, there's an open bedroom area. Note that this area is accessed by stone stairs without a guardrail, which might not be suitable for young children.



Outside, the property spans 2 hectares and offers garden furniture, deck chairs, and a covered terrace with a barbecue area. The private and secured pool measures 10m x 5m and has a convenient poolside shower and WC.



The villa is situated in the countryside surrounded by olive trees. The golf course is a 500 m walk or 3 km by car (passing through Mouriès centre).

The nearest shops (bakery, grocery store, restaurants) are at about 2 km.

Please note:

The caretaker lives on the property in an independent house behind the villa and is responsible for pool maintenance and surveillance.



The electrical installation of the house does not allow for the connection of electric cars, but there is a charging point available in the village of Mouriès at the boulodrome.

A cot and highchair are available upon request.
