Nestled in the safe and peaceful community of Mullins, Jack’s Place offers the perfect balance of tranquillity and convenience, an easy 5-minute stroll from the famous lively Mullins Beach with its diverse restaurants and beach bars.  Another iconic beach, Gibbes Beach, is a further 10-minute stroll south for those seeking a more secluded setting whilst other hidden gems can be found dotted along the shoreline, all perfect for exploring on foot.

Jack’s Place is ideally positioned between two popular, vibrant and distinctly different towns, easily accessible by local public transport; a 5-minute drive to the north gets you to historic, lively Speightstown, while just 10 minutes southyou'll find the cosmopolitan, vibrant Holetown. Both are packed with a variety of eateries, bars, and shops, each offering its own unique experience.  Whichever direction you choose, be sure to take time out to catch the spectacular sunsets that will take your breath away.

Outside, Jack’s Place offers a safe, large, enclosed patio area and a covered terrace that opens directly onto an inviting private pool.  This multi-level swimming pool, featuring a large, shallow paddling section perfect for young families, is surrounded by a spacious deck and patio that provide plenty of room for both relaxation and play.

The extended indoor-outdoor living area is designed for ultimate comfort with a fully equipped cooking, dining, and seating space. A Weber 6-burner BBQ is ready to prepare a feast for family and friends, while a 8-seater table and comfortable chairs invite you to dine in style al fresco.  A cozy sofa and generously sized armchairs, paired with a Bluetooth music system, create an inviting space which makes it hard to leave the terrace – whether you’re entertaining or simply unwinding as day transitions to night, watching the mesmerizing fireflies lighting up the trees or listening to the soothing sound of whistling tree frogs as they bring the island night to life.

Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, featuring an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. You’ll find plenty of small appliances and gadgets – like a coffee maker, blender, and toaster – so whether you’re whipping up breakfast, blending tropical smoothies, or brewing your morning coffee, you’ll have everything you need to feel right at home.  The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area with another 8-seater table, perfect for leisurely breakfasts, while you watch monkeys munching on mangos and hummingbirds busily flitting about, or for those more formal dining experiences, for which a private chef can be arranged.

All four bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans for year-round comfort whilst generous storage and closet space ensures you can settle in and feel right at home.  Each bedroom offers a modern en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): This ground-floor room includes a queen-size bed, ample storage, and a stylish en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower - ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs!

At the front of the house, you'll find a well-maintained garden and a private driveway leading to a spacious carport which provides welcome shade from the all-day Bajan sun, keeping your car cool and protected throughout your stay.

It is recommended that all guests take out travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, potential cancellation, any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property or flight changes etc.

Please note, that the standard rate applies to three bedrooms with a maximum occupancy of six guests. The fourth bedroom is unlocked only when a seventh guest is confirmed, in line with the Extra Guest Policy.
