They are fitted with pillow top, new mattresses and can accommodate up to 400 pounds each! Brand new flat-screen smart TV in guest bedroom.

Living room features brand new L-shaped couch with views of the ocean from every corner, artwork with a coastal vibe and a brand new 50" flat-screen smart TV. Every TV is loaded with a Netflix account for movie viewing and binging.

Gourmet kitchen features new granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances, even the cabinets are new!

You'll find thoughtful upgrades like track lighting and USB charging ports at outlets.
