Accommodating up to 14 guests, it includes 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, making it ideal for larger families or groups. Make memories and fantastic meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and countertop seating. You will appreciate the convenience of a private washer and dryer located on the first floor. For your entertainment, the home offers Wi-Fi and 6 TVs. Step outside to the roomy covered porch, perfect for gathering. Who doesn't love to grill out at the beach? Enjoy the private gas grill, take a dip in the community pool, or spend the day at the beach and rinse off in the private outdoor shower. You are just minutes from the Garden City Pier and the surrounding restaurants and entertainment. The house looked just like the pics! Very clean and plenty of room for several families. There were 10 of us in our group. We were all very comfortable with plenty of comfortable beds and places to sit in the common area. Dunes Reality is the local management company. Everyone I spoke to there were friendly and checkin/out was very easy (they send a code for the door). We didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked very nice and the walk to the beach was super easy and close. There was a closet under the house that did have beach chairs in it, too. Plenty of parking (it’s all under the house). We had one car, two normal sized SUVs and a F250 for the amount we fit in driveway. I would absolutely stay at Flew the Coop again! Thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely house!
