As you enter the neighborhood, you`ll drive past unique, custom homes and under the canopy of stunning 100-year old oak trees draped in Spanish moss, giving you a sense that you`ve arrived somewhere special.

Not only is the neighborhood extraordinary, but this home is too! Featuring an impressive outdoor area overlooking a peaceful lagoon where you may see herons, ducks and turtles.

Designed by a professional interior decorator and furnished with premium, carefully selected pieces. Enjoy luxurious bedding and vibrant decor throughout.

Outdoor area, dining and Kitchen:
The inviting space includes a hammock, outdoor seating, and a gas grill. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Inside, you`ll find a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a fantastic meal. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for four at the bar. If dining out is more your style, enjoy some of the best seafood in South Carolina at the famous Marshwalk or at one of the many excellent restaurants nearby.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom, located on the first floor, features an en suite full bath, walk-in closet, mounted smart TV, blackout curtains and a plush mattress for a restful night`s sleep. Upstairs, you`ll find three additional bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom is furnished with two double beds, while the other two each have a queen bed and TV.
***Upstairs, there is also a dedicated workspace with a desk.

Living area:
The spacious living area, with ample comfortable seating, offers plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Complete with a large, mounted smart TV. Mix up your favorite cocktails at the mini-bar-This home is designed for entertaining and relaxation.
