Portofino I 1424 - Oceanfront in Garden City Beach

Complimentary beach umbrella and 2 chairs included in the rental of Portofino I 1424 from Memorial Day to Labor Day 2025. Beach Service will set up by 9am and remove at 4pm each day. Umbrella and chairs must stay where the beach service places them.

Heated pool in April, May, September & October (Pool heat is not maintained by Dunes Realty and no refunds will be given should the heater fail).

Portofino I 1424 is a small dog friendly property.

Portofino 1424 offers a ground level storage area under the stairs with beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for your enjoyment. Also, underneath the home, in the cool shaded area there's a hammock for your relaxation, gas grill and picnic table that offers a reprieve from the sun and allows for outside gathering, meal prep and dining.

A Garden City Beach, SC complex of 10 homes located on the ocean with a community pool. This 2 story 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home accommodates up to 10 with 1 California king, 1 queen, 2 doubles and 2 sets of bunks. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Use of the premises, including all Portofino I common areas, is limited to the registered guests at the property. NO parties or group events that exceed this property's occupancy (10,) for example, weddings, receptions etc. Full size crib available for downstairs bedroom upon request (bring your own crib sheets). High chair also available upon request. Parking for up to 4 vehicles under the house. Golf carts are allowed but will count as one of the four permitted vehicles. Motorcycles are allowed and motorcycle trailers are allowed as long as they are parked under the house and counted as one of the four permitted vehicles. No boats, campers or other recreational vehicles.
