This brand new 5 bedroom (10 beds) vacation home promises an unforgettable getaway for you and your group. With ample space to accommodate up to 20 guests, this sprawling 5 acre property boasts an array of impressive amenities that will surely elevate your vacation experience. Bring your horses, or ATV's, there's plenty of open space in the additional 5 acres (10 acres in total) in the adjacent property for your use as well.

Step outside to the backyard and discover your own private oasis featuring an amazing rock pool and spa, complete with a waterfall grotto and waterslide, perfect for endless hours of fun and relaxation. Challenge your friends to a game of volleyball, or horseshoes on the dedicated courts, or soak up the sun on one of the lounge chairs surrounding the pool/spa area. Gather with loved ones in the spacious outdoor living areas, including the large outdoor family style table, and three outdoor fire pit locations where you can relax with family.

Inside the home you will find a game room complete with a pool table, 4 arcade games and a large flat screen TV to enjoy the big game/March Madness/World Series or any of your favorite sporting events. Feel like relaxing, enjoy the oversize sofa room with another large flat screen tv, or enjoy a game of poker with friends. Property was great, overall. Beautiful, scenic area. Very spacious with plenty of room for family get togethers. Pool is amazing. Clean enough, but could use a little extra attention to the nooks & cranies. Also could use an updated tv in the main living room. We could not connect to the appropriate streaming service for the big game that weekend. Loved our stay though!

House was amazing and the customer service was equally as good. The house was clean, had tons of room, and the pool had all the kids in it every day. Only recommendation I would have is to pay for jacuzzi heating day to day rather than in advance.

We weren’t able to check in on time because they were still cleaning when we arrived. But the place was nice and clean so it wasn’t a big deal. The kitchen is very spacious and has lots of room to work. They have lots of added activities such as a pool table, arcade games, poker table, volleyball and jenga that keep everyone busy and entertained when not in the pool. The location is beautiful and neighbors are far away so it feels secluded. The one issue is that there were not enough sheets for the pull out bed or blow up mattress. But we brought extra blankets when traveling so we just used those.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this house in Murrieta. The house and pool were very nice. It was big enough to easily accommodate our large family of 18. I would highly recommend this home for a family stay.

Long week end get away

Property was very nice. The pool and slide were very fun. The pool table and arcade games were great aswell. Kitchen was alittle under stocked for the price and type of rental. There was also only hot water on one side of the house. No hot water in the kitchen sink or dishwasher. Also had to pay an extra 50 per night to have the hot tub heated and it didnt heat at all. This didnt really matter becasue the weather was very hot during our stay. I would stay again if they fixed some of the issues.

Wonderful House for Large Group

We had a great time at this house. The property is beautiful and all issues we encountered Sunny Days responded immediately. I was pleasantly surprised with the communication with the rental company. They answered at all hours. And if they did not have an answer I got it the next day.This house is perfect for a very large group. Many comfy rooms for all to enjoy. The pool is magnificent and it has a slide. Back yard has a Volleyball court and horseshoe pit makes for great fun.Outside patio and in the pool area therr are 3 firepits and a Large outdoor grill. 2 heat lamps for cool nights.Pool table and 4 video game machines to enjoy inside. Lots of places to eat for large groups.We highly recommended this home for a large gathering and a fun get away to just go and enjoy the house and neighborhood. Peace!

Great House!

Had a few friends get together for my birthday and booked this place. The pool was absolutely perfect and the house was spacious for our group. The beds were also all really comfortable! Only downfall was the hot tub didn’t get above a lukewarm temperature until the last night, which was a bummer since I paid for 3 days of spa heating. Other than that, our stay was great! Manager was also very responsive when I reached out with any questions. Will definitely book this house again in the future!

Perfect for a large group!

Overall, everything was good. The house is lacking a few essential items (like oven mits and cleaning spray to wipe down counters) but it worked great for our large group. Location was more remote than expected, but it was absolutely beautiful. Ran into a few minor issues during our stay but always received a timely response from the property manager in a professional manner.

Huge property, with loads of areas for entertaining. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils for cooking and preparing food, and tons of cups, plates, and utensils for eating. Arcade games and pool table are an excellent touch!

Serene, Beautiful, Luxurious

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and luxurious environment. The modern kitchen, wide-open spaces and beautiful surroundings filled with old oak trees and the occasional barn animal made for a relaxing and wonderful environment. The property was clean, quiet and accommodating for our large group. Please note that you won't have data connection for your phones (Verizon, T-mobile), so download offline maps before coming.

Family Reunion Done Well

Our stay here was wonderful. There were a few little hiccups but other than those it was an absolute amazing time! The dishwasher was not operational and there were a few things that were not properly cleaned but it did not put a damper on anyone’s spirits! The house really was lovely and had all the amenities my family and I were looking for. Great place to stay!
