This is a newer hotel. Rooms were very clean, staff was kind, nice and quiet. Full sized fridge in the room. Only 3 floors which was nice because I cant take elevators. I travel to this area about 8 times a year and will definitely stay here again.

There was no dishes or untinsels in the room kirchen and when i went to the desk and asked i was told they dont do that snd to take plastic silverware and paper plates from the coffee area in lobby.

We came a night before NYE .. the day of NYE i asked to just bring fresh towels and make the beds so it's nice in the room as we are planning to celebrate NYE in the room.. The staff replies " we do cleaning on the 4th day of ur stay" .. so you telling me i have to use the same towels 4 days in a row before getting a new one ? all i'm asking is to make the beds not the WHOLE housekeeping and i have to wait 4 days for that . New Year's day my husband took out the trash on his own NO ONE even bothered coming into the room!!!! Will i stay here again? I highly doubt it!!

All three of the staff members we had interaction with obviously have had zero training in hospitality. Do some training or hire people who are more naturally pleasant.
Stained comforter noticed on arrival and brought to attention of front desk. “Just throw it outside the door.” Like it happens every day I guess.

Seems like a newer property. Everything was spotless, no wear and tear. Water pressure was great. Water was hot. Full sized fridge,with kitchenette but no cooking pots, pans nor utensils. Not my preference, but bed was soft. Linens clean. Room pictures and descriptions on property site accurate. Would stay again.

It is a nice hotel in a very quiet area. The staff is great! When I left a piece of equipment behind in the lobby, they went through great lengths to get it back to me.
