Villa Tychi is located in the area of Agios Sostis in the north of Mykonos, near the amazing golden sands of Agios Sostis beach, famous for its unspoiled nature and blue waters.

The villa enjoys a privileged position with extensive sea view over the Aegean Sea and the northern coast of the island, which unveils the true beauty of Mykonos original landscapes. It is only eight minutes from Mykonos town and near to the main island's cosmopolitan attractions.

Villa Tychi reflects the traditional style of Mykonos Island, thanks to the smooth-edged architecture and the predominance of white color that gives a sense of brightness and freshness to the entire building.
The interior is elegant and sober. The bamboo pergola is a relaxing place where it is possible to enjoy cold drinks and aperitifs prepared from the outside pool bar.
This property consists of 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people, it is fully furnished and is composed of three levels. The middle level that features a very comfortable sitting room and a large kitchen with open informal dining room, very functional and nicely designed. The master bedroom with its bathroom is also situated there. On the top level there are three bedrooms (two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds), which have marvelous view over the sea. The lower level of the villa has its own separate entrance and is composed by a bedroom with a stone-build double bed, a further bedroom with semi-double bed, a sitting room with stone-build single bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom.

Outside there is the swimming pool that is situated in front of the villa and has its own pool bar and sun-beds for the guests. At the backside area there is a big parking space where can find place more than five cars.

The villa is also suitable for private events, parties, weddings and all kind of celebrations.

Rental rules
The minimum stay: 5 nights.
Check-in time is between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing.
Check-out time is within 10.00 a.m.
Not included in the rental price:
A damage deposit of € 1.500, has to be paid upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay, less any charges in case of damage.
Cleaning fee: € 150
Tax fee: 7% on the total price
