The Bayview Estate is one of the largest private properties available for rent on Mykonos. Combining a location with access to a handful of beaches, copious amounts of outdoor space, 2 swimming pools and 20 bedrooms it represents the ultimate retreat for a large family reunion, a grand celebration or just a simple relaxing holiday for numerous groups. The estate overlooks Kalo Livadi, a bay on the map of anyone who likes a great beach club experience at one of the island's iconic spots.

Not only is this beach a short drive away but so are beaches like Agia Anna, Kalafatis and Lia, each unique in their own right. The massive front terrace was specifically designed to assure a large group could stretch out and have options on how to spend their time outdoors at the estate. A geometry-inspired infinity pool was conceived in a lateral, panoramic position backed by a unique insert of perfectly maintained lawn. The second, larger pool is just a few steps away with its stylish built in day beds and surrounded by an extensive open space.

This side of the terrace also acts as the main gathering spot for dining with two separate dining areas on opposing side of terrace and a smart bar area for a chilled aperitif either before or after dinner. While each of the units have their own kitchen a fully equipped professional kitchen is also at disposal and located in a discrete position to the back of the property. Right next to it a small gym is sure to appeal to those hoping to keep up their workout regimen during their stay.

The 20 bedrooms are approximately split evenly between the three main units + 2 bungalows + 2 pools suite. The overall decor of the estate is tasteful with a minimal approach and a visible respect for the typical Cycladic architecture. Each unit has its own dedicated living room and as with all summer residences, they each open up onto the pool terraces. Thanks to its 2016 inauguration the estate features all modern amenities throughout, including a few unique ones like the aforementioned professional kitchen or micro-wave WiFi connection.
