From the impeccable design to the private infinity pool, the villa’s enclosed and private setting is a real lure for guests of all ages. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (gas) under sunset skies. The property features also a children’s pool and five seater heated spa whirlpool. Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also an outdoor playground, mini soccer and volleyball net for our younger guests to inspire togetherness. A private parking is also available at the villa premises.

The villa features an outdoor 5 seater whirlpool providing optimal comfort for relaxation. The heating temperature varies between 24-28°C subject to the weather and temperature fluctuations. Upon your arrival at the villa, your host will provide you with instructions on how to operate the whirlpool.

It consists of a stunning open space, comfortable living area which opens into dining area, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 9 guests. It also features a modern and bright open-plan kitchen for culinary wonders. An indoor gym is also available with direct access to the terrace. The stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds in its 4 bedrooms and if needed there is a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area, where one more guest can be accommodated. Maximum occupancy is 9 guests.

Location Overview :
Alma Villa is located close to the village of Aggeliana, 5 minutes away by car, where guests can find a super markets taverna a cafe as well as a bakery. The sandy beaches of Geropotamos are just 5 minutes away from the villa by car. Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, just 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. It is ideal for children, as it is shallow and well protected from winds with piers, where the boats tie up. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes..
