Introducing Ficus Villa
The Villa offers sublime design, at its five bedrooms & bathrooms, an open plan living-cum area with a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor settings are wonderful also, featuring a 80m2 Infinity Private Pool (non heated) with hydromassage features (4 seater - non heated), a children’ pool 5m2 & and a covered dining area, with BBQ (Gas) making this residence a one-of-a-kind for family gatherings.

External Living | Private Pool & Outdoor Settings
This residence lays in 140m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 80m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, non-heated), also boasting hydromassage features (4 seater), children’s pool (10m2 metres), & six premium sun-beds plus the two swim up sun-beds. Important note is that the pool features is mainly cleaned with electro lights & salt. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the outdoor dining area. The Living-room area has access to the pool area. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2 cars outside of the residence premises with an EV charger for electric cars as well as four additional parking spots in a private parking area directly opposite the villa.

Our unique villa features an eco-friendly Pool, where water disinfection is achieved through a salt electrolysis system offering a natural swimming experience, with nearly zero chemical usage.
