Mornings begin with gentle stretches on the sun terrace or a refreshing swim in the heated pool, while the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and breakfast from the nearby traditional tavern entices you just 50 meters away. Afternoons can be spent exploring the olive-grove countryside, or enjoying a fun game of ping-pong and Air Hockey with children. Evenings are made for al fresco dining around the stone-built charcoal BBQ, laughter-filled meals on the terrace, and long conversations under the Cretan stars. As night falls, retreat to the airy, light-filled interiors where cozy bedrooms and panoramic veranda views create the perfect close to a day filled with simple pleasures, natural beauty, and the relaxed rhythms of island life

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80€ /day for the first two days & 40€ /every additional day.
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Villa Kampos I is part of a private three-villa complex. Each villa enjoys its own private pool and facilities, though please note that some outdoor areas may be overlooked due to the layout of the enclave. Guests have exclusive use of Villa Kampos I, with full private access to all indoor and outdoor areas of the property.

A short drive leads to Panormos village, known for its sandy beaches—Limanaki and Limni—with shallow waters ideal for children, and the quaint harbour beach. Nearby Perama offers additional seaside charm and local village life.

TO DINE: Guests can enjoy homemade Cretan cuisine, coffee, and breakfast at the tavern steps from the villa. Both Panormos and Perama villages feature traditional tavernas, family-run cafés, and seaside restaurants offering fresh seafood, seasonal produce, and authentic local specialties. Harbour-side dining in Panormos provides scenic views over the sea and boats, perfect for relaxed family meals or casual lunches.
