Immerse yourself in the luxury of a 60m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,50 meters deep), complete with a four-seater spa whirlpool, and premium sun-beds perfect for unwinding under the warm Greek sun. A dedicated children's pool compartment (also heated with extra fee) (0,50 meters deep) ensures that young guests can splash around as an extra touch of fun.

Outdoor Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool Heating Policy:

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Spanning 130m² of indoor space, it offers four comfortable bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms, plus a shared bathroom with shower - along with a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the pool terrace - perfect for a serene family retreat. Accommodating up to eight guests in real beds, the villa is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy.
