Idyllically situated in Panormo Village and close to the sea, complete with 1.800m2 private land and two outdoor 35m2 private heated pools (can be heated with additional fee) this will be your favourite holiday home. Inside is a perfect coming-together of modern design and classic architecture where you may find, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms with Fully equipped kitchens making it an ideal multigenerational holiday home for 16 guests to come together. The sublime villas, can welcome up to 12 guests in real beds & 4 additional guests are welcome also and can sleep at the four available folding sofa beds located in each room. The maximum capacity of the villa is 16 guests.

This captivating home lays in 1.800m² outdoor area and is embellished with two 35m² private heated swimming pools (1,50 meters deep, can be heated with additional fee), also boasting two 4-seater heated jacuzzis (one located next to the pool & one located in the 1st floor balcony) & two Saunas next to the pool for wellness time. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor shaded dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Bonus - Family Friendly & Multigenerational Offering
For adults & children’s play time, the retreat also features a 500m2 lawn play area with two playgrounds for our younger guests. A shaded area also features a ping pong table, billiard & air hockey. A mini-soccer & beach volley with sand ground is also available for endless play time with loved ones. An outdoor Chess set is available for endless hours of entertainment. Playstation & Board Games are also available.

Outdoor Pools Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pools to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 100 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pools heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that pool covers are not available.

Internal Living | Bedroom & Bathrooms

This captivating retreat boast exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 200m² indoor space. The lavish 2 - ground living-cum-dining spaces with first-class equipment ensuring meals of the highest quality, will bring an ever-present sense of contemporary comfort to your endless days of leisure. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive homes boasts 4 bedrooms & 4 en-suite bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds, as well as four extra guests can be accommodated at the folding sofas located in each room. The maximum capacity is 16 guests.

Ground Floor (Two available Residencies)
Two Living Rooms (featuring a 65’’ Smart TV) & Dining area & Kitchen, the area offers direct access to the pools terrace • A Twin bedroom in each residence with en-suite bathroom walk-in shower, featuring two single beds (0.90x.2.00) that can be joined with a topper upon request & form a Kings bed (1.80x2.00) with direct access to the pool & terrace • Both rooms feature en-suite bathroom, plus an additional folding sofa bed for one more guest to sleep. • Each room can welcome up to 3 guests, and 6 guests can be accommodated in the ground floor.

First Floor ( Access from each residence & common balcony with heated spa whirlpool)
Two bedrooms lay on this floor, one in each residence, both featuring access to a spacious balcony • Two Master Bedrooms with Kind Size bed (1.80x2.00) with access to spacious balcony featuring a heated Spa Whirlpool, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, two bunk beds are also available in each room & a folding sofa bed for one more guest *Each room can welcome up to 5 guests, perfect for a family with children, and 10 guests can be accommodated in the First Floor.

Your Home Stay Includes

Panormo Village also features wonderful sandy beaches, which is the closest to the villa, within 5 minutes driving, with shallow waters making it ideal for families.
