This beautiful first floor condo is a 2BR, 2BA unit that has a great Ocean view. It is only 8 Units back from the Beach! This condo has a beautiful tile foyer, with 2 recently renovated bathrooms. The condo sleeps 6 with one queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 single beds, and one pull out sofa bed. The unit is equipped with 3 televisions - all with DirecTV/Smart access, clock radios in each room, microwave, iron and board, and many other amenities you enjoy at home. In addition, the entire resort has free wireless internet service.

This condominium is located in a 33-acre gated oceanfront resort with six swimming pools (two indoors), four whirlpools, steam rooms and saunas, six lighted tennis courts, putting greens, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, picnic and cookout areas, playground, oceanfront cabana bar, snack shops, convenience store, new lazy river, and 24-hour security. Just footsteps from the beach!

The resort is located minutes south of downtown Myrtle Beach away from the busy streets of the city in a safe family environment. Numerous restaurants, beach shops, Grand Coastal Mall, Broadway at the Beach (providing both shopping and nightlife), miniature golf, theaters, and amusement parks are located within a short driving distance.

Small beach communities including Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, and Georgetown are also a short drive. If golfing is your specialty, there are over 130 golf courses located throughout Myrtle Beach. The resort also offers daily activities during peak season for children ages five and up. Activities include face painting, pool games, shell searches, and more.

The condo had way more supplies than i had expected. I over packed thinking i would need things that i didnt need because it was already at the condo, even down to a hand mixer. I really appreciated all the thoughtful amenities they had ready to make our stay complete. Great place to stay.

Fall golf holiday

Barb and Joe were great to deal with. Instant response to any questions we had. Great spot ! secure clean and a multitude of amenities. Hot tub and pool just down the hall. Comfortable furniture and beds. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, stove and fridge working great! Definitely would book this suite again. Did I mention the Ocean view?

As we walked into the condo there was the aroma of clean and it was VERY clean! Excellent condo with beach décor. There is no need to save quarters for the washing machines because the machines take credit cards in building “B”. (see photo). Easy access up a short ramp with carts provided to the first-floor condo. Large kitchen for both of us to cook our favorite seafoods (shrimp, oysters & flounder). October 1 local oyster season started. The kitchen was well stocked with skillets, etc. The first 2 weeks in October the weather was just right with amazing sunsets. When the nights got chilly the condo’s furnace warmed us up. Air conditioner during days. Wifi fast!! Memorable visit !!

National dance competition

The condo was great. Owners were very informative. We were ion for the National dance competition for my daughter. Although the condo was great, location to beach was great, there was one downfall. The security guard at the pool was a major fun killer. Every time someone was enjoying themselves he put a stop to it and blamed it on the HOA. If we could have went to another pool surely would have. Other then that everything was great we really enjoyed our time there.

Great Condo and location

This condo is close to all the indoor/outdoor pools, grills, ocean and the bar/restaurant- which are all onsite. The condo was very comfortable and well decorated plus all the amenities you need. I like the added touch of them providing TP, paper towels, etc. when you first get there, very thoughtful. And I can't stress enough of the convenience of being on the 1st floor - no waiting for elevators or taking the stairs. Also get a great view of the ocean from the condo's patio. We had a fabulous stay and it was a pleasure to meet the owners Joe & Barb.

Great Condo

From the time I booked this condo it has been a very smooth booking. From the owners personally speaking to us and giving us info about property and area. It is close to all amenities(walmart,gas, groceries, restaurants) It has a huge balcony with a nice partial ocean view. Such a convenience being on the first floor. Condo was clean and full of everything you would need in a kitchen. Check in was super easy. I didn't have to wait in a line and was able to just park and walk right in. Plenty of pools and kids loved the lazy river. This is just a real great affordable place for a family vacation.
