This is a complete scam. The is not an oceanfront resort it is literally an abandoned building that looks like a motel from the inside and outside. It was dirty. Never again.

Room was in an abandon rundown building in filthy surrounding. Couldnt get through to anybody on phone. Took an hour to locate actual staff and check in. No towels. Sand in the shower upon arrival. No TV. Our room looked like the staged room for online photos in an abandon building. "Ocean front" was ground level with old, nasty, empty pool area in front of us. Beds were okay and AC did work. Told to leave keys in room upon checkout.

This is a hotel where you get what you pay for! They are going through renovations but the front desk representative was very informative and reassuring about the property. Everything went smooth thanks to her. If you’re looking for a top notch 5 star hotel this is more of doing what you can afford. The pictures that are shown are not the rooms but they are nice and clean. It gives a high class motel 6 . Environment is good. Parking is tight but overall I would give it a 7/10. Would I be back? Yes. Would I bring my family here? Not necessarily. Nothing really kid friendly no pools. But it wasn’t bad. Whatever the reviews are, I didn’t have that experience.

The room was disgusting. Trash on the balcony. Trash in cans without liner. Dirty towel under bathroom sink. No toiletries. Bedding had stains. No batteries in the remote. Nothing but snow on the TV. Fridge didn't cool anything. Worst place I've ever stayed

I had trouble finding the place,got to the mini fridge didn't work and TV was on the floor broke the the door wouldn't open to go on the balacy and no towel in the room except the dirty was left in their from ppl before me.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This was an absolute scam. The pictures on expedia are fake. It took over 2 hours to check in at a small little building then they expect you to walk 2 blocks to stay at a raggedy hotel. There is no AC. Expedia would not give me my money back and I am 8 months pregnant. Terrible experience overall.

I made a reservation and paid through Expedia. I spoke with a representative the morning of the day I would be checking in. I advised I would be checking in late in the evening. Upon arriving, I could not contact anyone for checking in. After trying several times to contact someone, I found a 2nd phone number for customer service and they also could not contact anyone to help me check-in. They said I would not have a room for the evening and that they would escalate it. If you want to NOT have a hotel room when you booked and paid for it, and have zero customer service or help, this is the hotel for you. For me....never again.

This hotel is terrible, I check in at 4: pm once I get the room walked thru and then the room didn’t have a fridge, no lights in the bathroom , in the room, and the outlets, I went to the front desk they told me didn’t have any personal available to help me until next day, they gave me a number for request a towels never answer, I have to walk in for ask, they told me bring the dirty to replace for cleaning one, so I have to do my own housekeeping, they refuse to give me a refund ,there is nothing how show in the website, there is not water park, parking is not close , is bad .

Terrible and need some kind of refund

It was one of the worst places I have stayed. Ice machine wasn't working neither was the tv. Hair everywhere and empty beer bottles on the patio. No toilet paper. And you had to check in several blocks away and walk back to motel to park. Nobody cleaned the pools. It had dead bugs.

There was no information on the site about how you would have to park off site. No phone in room, and was not giving the WiFi password. Most of the rooms you walk passed have the blinds open and there is cig butts all over inside and then completely trashed(not sure if it’s getting remodeled). Also it doesn’t look anything like the photos advertised.

Didn’t stay due to false advertising when booked, lost my money after the room that was presented (oceanfront) during booking was not given when I arrived at the property (non oceanfront) on the 3rd floor right at a pool that was under construction.The room bed was not made and had no tv. Then was moved to the 2nd floor right under the previous room same view had a tv but it didn’t work. Really this hotel shouldn’t be open it needs a lot more renovations.

Where do I even start? We've been trying to contact them since the minute we arrived the airport, nobody picked up our calls even after we tried calling all the available numbers online. Somehow we reached the location but we couldn't find the property, we had to drive around the block multiple times, and we find out that their entire parking lot is closed due to renovation and the alternatives the sign suggested were also full. Somehow we parked and walked up to the small outlet near the parking lot which is apparently their reception with nobody in there. Finally, we found a number to call and we got in. Not anything like what they advertised, our room was three blocks away from there. Room was in a basement floor; stinky and dusty room with worn out bedding, unclean furniture, bathroom without toilet paper and other toiletries, and toaster with hairs. There was no Wifi; we called & they said it was down and would be available the next day (no it wasn't). When we called to get TP, they asked us to collect it from the front desk which is 3 blocks away. We stepped out the next morning and we got locked out of our own room because they blocked our key card thinking we were supposed to check out then (we weren't). We again had to take the 3 block walk to get that activated. We found many other customers throughout our stay who ended up trapped there just like us. We have have been to over 20 countries and stayed in many properties.This is by far the worst.
