THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Compass Cove is located on Ocean Blvd in a vibrant, central area of Myrtle Beach. Guests can walk to restaurants, beach bars, shops, and fun activities like mini-golf. The resort is only a short drive from the Boardwalk, SkyWheel, Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, and Myrtle Beach State Park.

GETTING AROUND
Compass Cove offers simple, convenient transportation options. Guests can walk to nearby dining and entertainment, or use Uber, Lyft, taxis, and rental cars for quick trips around Myrtle Beach. On-site parking makes driving effortless, and most attractions are minutes away.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Linens & Toiletries:
We provide professionally cleaned kitchen towels and linens for your stay, along with a starter supply of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a roll of toilet paper). Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

Beach Gear:
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided with the condo but can be rented seasonally directly on the beach from the on-site lifeguards.

Laundry:
Paid, shared laundry facilities (washers and dryers) are available for your use within the building.

Privately Managed:
This is a privately owned and managed condo; please contact the host directly for any assistance or inquiries. The resort front desk cannot assist with your reservation or in-room needs.

Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

Parking Limitations:
No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property. It

Resort waterslides are only for the on-site owners and not for guests renting from privately managed guests.

Reservation Requirements
* A rental agreement must be electronically signed at least 24 hours before check-in.
Within one hour of booking, guests must complete the required rental agreement through our secure CHARGEautomation platform and pay the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee, which provides up to $1,000 of accidental damage protection.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.

No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony.
Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if this policy is violated.

No Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees and may result in termination of your reservation.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighboring guests by keeping noise to a minimum.

Parties & Events
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

Care of the Property
Please treat the condo, furnishings, and amenities with care.
Do not move furniture or remove any items from the unit.
Guests are responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.

Safety
Lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the condo.
Familiarize yourself with the location of fire exits and fire extinguishers.

Parking
Park only in designated guest parking areas.
Parking instructions will be provided on the day of check-in.
