ABOUT OUR CONDO
Located on the 8th floor, our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit offers the following amenities to accommodate a comfortable stay:

KITCHEN/DINING AREAS
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a great entertaining experience including an ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishware, and full set of seasoning/spices.
- Dining table and chairs comfortably seats 6.
- Bar seating off the kitchen counter seats 4.

LIVING AREAS
- The living space offers floor to ceiling ocean view windows with balcony access, smart TV, board games and plenty of seating to relax after a long day in the sun!
- Sip your coffee or cocktail and listen to the waves crash while sitting on the private balcony.
- Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sheets and pillows are provided and are located in the primary bedroom closet.

BEDROOMS
- Primary bedroom with 1 king bed, smart TV, private bathroom and floor to ceiling windows with balcony access.
- Second bedroom with 1 full bed, 1 full over full bunk bed and smart TV.
- Brand new pillows in both bedrooms.

BATHROOMS
- Both bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryers.
- Primary bathroom (located in primary bedroom) has a standing shower.
- Second bathroom (located off of main hallway) has a tub/shower combination.

ABOUT THE RESORT
The Bay View on the Boardwalk offers an oceanfront poolscape including a brand new outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and fire pit and an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, lazy river and kiddie pool. Looking for the beach? Direct white sandy beach access is right in front of you! Enjoy life-size games of chess and checkers, Starbucks downstairs in the building, shuffleboard overlooking Ocean Boulevard and a fully equipped fitness center.

After a long day at the pool or beach, check out the 1.2 miles long Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk, a lengthy stretch that provides pristine views of the entire beach line and direct access to numerous shops and restaurants as well as the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel - all walking distance from the condo!

PARKING

- The keyless entry code and check-in instructions will be sent to you before your arrival. The front desk will not know your door code!

- We are not affiliated with the Bayview Resort management. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the cleanliness of the resort, pools, elevators, or anything else in the building. If you need anything, please contact us directly. Thank you for your understanding!

- Renters must be at least 21 years of age to rent our property.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the condo or on the balcony. $200 fine for smoke removal/deodorization.
- No pets are permitted.

- Wristbands will be supplied and waiting for you in the condo. (One for each registered guest). These wristbands must be worn in all the pool areas at all times to prove you are our guest.

The check in process could be easier and better instructions given before arriving. The apartment’s layout is nice but there were stains on the furniture that were unpleasant. The master bedroom’s bedding was visibly stained. I washed the towels and bedding before use. Should not have to do that on a vacation. With issues occurring on site, the host should have been more attentive and stayed in communication with me. I guess you get what you pay for. The overall pricing was low for the stay.

This Condo is right on the beach and the view from the 8th floor balcony was spectacular! Having a washer and dryer was very helpful and a working kitchen to cook in between our busy schedule. We had most everything we needed for our stay. Thanks.

Had a challenging experience with a pigeon nesting on the patio. By day two the patio was stinky, covered in bird poop and unusable for our stay. When attempting to use the patio the bird was unhappy with the humans encroaching on the nest. I contacted the property manager to alert them of the pigeon and they responded next day to let me know they were working with animal rescue to resolve the issue and offered to deliver a backup beach cart because the bird was nesting under the cart but we did not need the cart so declined the offer. I provided my mobile number to work with whoever needed to enter the property to remove the pigeon but never received a response from the property manager and never had a visit from the rescue so my assumption is the property manager was placating my feedback and likely had no intention to deal with the bird issue. Our stay was 4 days / 3 nights.I could not find a kitchen dish cloth so used a white bathroom dish cloth. The outdoor hot tub was broken and unusable when we attempted to use it. Overall not worth the money and won’t return. This unit is in a building with 19 floors so be prepared for lots of competition for elevators, pool, hot tub. Also tons of kids so something to be aware of if you are not interested in entertaining kids on your trip. Pick a property in a different area. I should have done more research before booking. This was not an ideal property for my group’s needs. I would opt for Cherry Grove area in the future.

The view was great. The furnishings comfortable. The washer dryer full size and worked great and quietly. The week was well booked at this place with lots of events in town and the remodeling really made it challenging to enjoy the area because there was always a huge line and wait for the only 2 working elevators. We didn't visit the pool but the smell of ammonium chloride was pretty stark as we had to walk through the area to get to the elevators on the first pass. Watching littles bounding in and out of the hot tub and pool, I think the pool and hot tub is a no-go for me.

We had a nice stay at this property. It has a 180 degree ocean view (which gets a morning sunrise). It was spacious and clean and comfortable and things were in good working order and it was well equipped (we didn't cook though). I happily found multiple coffee pots and a keurig plus some coffee, filters, and actual creamer for coffee that first morning. The only thing missing was sugar. My two grandchildren and I had fun in the nice warm humid room full of pools, hot tubs and the lazy river. I will say it was at times mobbed with quite a raucous loud younger crowd that was unexpected. No one is monitoring wrist bands and maybe people have figured this out? We arrived on a Friday night and it wasn't nearly that crowded the next morning. No soaps or shampoo offered in the shower but beach towels and other offerings like laundry and dish detergent and paper towels were there and overall there was almost everything we needed which minimized our shopping.

The hostess was fine. The apartment was dirty. We had to wash the sheets and pillowcases that has stains on everything. Nothing was wiped down. Shower was dirty. No toilet paper stuff like that but I did enjoy the stay just didn’t like having to clean before we stayed.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view and sunrises from the condo. The condo itself is fine, but the cleanliness is poor, and the maintenance and organization of the cabinets and storage are disastrous. The key card didn't work at all; we had to request a replacement from the building office. The building has direct beach access, perfect for people who enjoy walking along the oceanfront.

Had amazing views of the water, sunrise and moonrise. Had a great view of fireworks off the pier. The balcony is on the perfect floor to be able to see your family on the beach/in the water but far enough up to not have all the noise.

Relaxing

We had a wonderful stay. View is incredible and outside furniture very comfortable. The only issue for us was my husband's mobility and the parking being across the street. Condo was great, although in an older building. Spent all our time on the porch!!

It was a short stay but very nice and accommodating. Comfy beds, plenty of dishes, cooking supplies and even a spice rack. We brought our own wash detergent and fabric softener Just to open up the cabinets and see it's already there for us
