Overall, the property was good. The fact that it was a beachfront hotel with a balcony was a great feature. Also, the staff members were courteous and professional. However, I can't speak for other rooms, but my room had no chairs and lacked hooks to hang towels or any other wet items.

Room 701, 2bd rm and separate living space. Plenty room for my 5 year old to run around and the beds slept comfortable. Those were the only 2 good things. The floors were so DIRTY that after only 20 mins in the room. The bottom of my 5 year old son feet looked like he had walked on black coals all year. We had to clean the floors 3 times ourselves. To get them decent. Only saw 2 elevators and you have to wait on elevators at least 5-10 mins. Upon check out 1 elevator was broken. So we had to take the stairs from the 7th floor down. We stayed for a couple of days and had to literally beg 3 housekeepers and front desk for more towels. All housekeepers said they had none to give. Front desk said we had to wait on laundry. But we never ended up getting anymore. So bring your own extras!! We didn't have a remote for living space tv so we had to keep getting up to turn channels and adjust volume. Expedia said 42 in SMART tvs. But no smart tvs!!. Guess thats expedia fault and not the hotels though.

There was absolutely no water pressure to the point where the shower was unusable. The owner parked his car in the drop off area for days at a time. The parking area is extremely tight.And made it very difficult to get in and out. They do not have enough parking for the whole hotel. You must park in an overflow away from the hotel. The hotel restaurant is extremely expensive. It was twenty four dollars for twelve wings. The thermostat in the room did not work. You are unable to turn the temperature up or down. It was freezing in our room and we had to regulate it with the sliding glass door.

The property was as described with no issues. Pools were clean and bar area downstairs too. All the staff were polite. I would say only a couple issues. Bring your own reusable plates/bowls for rooms. There is a sink to wash them but no dishware or washing liquid in the room i was in. Also a couple of times the cleaning staff came in, took every towel and would leave only 1 ans 1 wash cloth then another day it would be full (week long stay). But the next it would be different so unsure if its how different staff prepare rooms or what at times.Overall it wasn't bothersome but may be for those traveljng with groups of people. I would stay here again though as it was quiet and peaceful in the hotel!

Wasnt terrible but wasnt great either, my daughter bed frame was broken and i wasted half of my 1st day going back and fourth with maintenance, i ended up assembling the new frame because they were notsure how to. Ice machine didnt work and luggage carts were scarce

I came her to celebrate my sons birthday. When I got there after driving three hours my room wasn’t not ready(check-in time is 4:00pm) and when we got to the room it smelled horrible! It smelled like someone used the bathroom in the corner and the scent was stuck there and it was trash inside of the trash bin so I don’t think it was cleaned properly. Maybe it was the rush of wanting to get the room quickly since it was already wasn’t ready. The view was nice though.
