Rude morning attendant.

The check in process was seamless. The attendant was attentive and booked out shuttle to the airport for the morning. In the morning, we asked the new attendant of our shuttle was there- and he rudely responded that it was not a service the hotel offered. He was rude beyond belief

The rooms were decent, and the beds were comfortable, but the bathrooms and showers felt outdated. The front desk staff was not helpful, and the receptionist seemed annoyed that I booked through Expedia. The hotel has an airport shuttle, but it seems to be used at the staff’s discretion—I was told they couldn’t accommodate me. Overall, not the best experience.
