7th FLOOR in beautiful Brigadune—an oceanfront condominium, the complex is situated on a peninsula and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean that provides for spectacular breathtaking views. Brigadune is located on the quiet and prestigious Shore Drive -- just south of the Hilton Hotel and North of Marriott's Grand Dunes in Myrtle Beach. This high rise complex offers the ultimate in oceanfront vacationing with numerous amenities including outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in late Spring--usually 1 week before Easter and Fall), picnic area, gas barbecue grills, elevators, secure lobby, and on-site parking. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds as you stroll to the oceanfront pool and the beach. There is also an outside shower and sundeck on the grounds of this safe concrete and steel building. This all adds-up to our guests being able to stay-n-play in this all-in-one wonderful place located on The Grand Strand -- The Grand Strand is as the name says, Grand! This unique area now has more than 100 fabulous championship golf courses, over 1400 restaurants, a variety of night life featuring lively entertainment, country music attractions, and big-name performers.

Our condo has been nicely decorated and has an open living area. Accommodations feature two large bedrooms and two baths with room to spare. (there is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom). The large, airy living room has glass windows and sliding doors the entire width of the room that open to a private oceanfront balcony -- the direct view of the beach and ocean is simply unmatched--its gorgeous. The unique balcony design also provides a remarkable view from the master bedroom that also opens to the balcony through a set of large sliding glass doors. Combined or standing alone, the condo's floor design and access to the oceanfront balcony affords our guests the joy of waking to magnificent South Carolina sunrises and the tranquil sounds of the Atlantic Ocean every morning.

There is a deluxe oceanfront swimming pool and tanning area with chairs by the pool. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom on the ocean. In the second bedroom is a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Perfect for four adults and two children in the bunk beds... Both bedrooms have TVs. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the condo. Flat screen TV's for your viewing pleasure!
