As you step into the condo, you’ll be welcomed into the expansive living and kitchen area, designed with an open layout to provide the ideal setting for making memories with your group. The kitchen is a true highlight, offering a full suite of appliances including a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, and sink—everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. With abundant countertop space and plenty of storage in the upper and lower cabinets, meal prep is a breeze. Additionally, there’s a smaller countertop and sink just off the kitchen for added convenience. The kitchen comes fully stocked with essential cookware, utensils, dishes, and cups—everything you need to create a home-cooked meal. A coffee maker is also provided so you can enjoy your favorite brew while you watch the sunrise. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many restaurants offer delivery as well.



The living area is the heart of the condo, featuring ample seating. This beautifully decorated room boasts one cozy sofa and three stylish accent chairs, all centered around a large flat-screen TV. Step through the sliding doors and you’ll find access to the private balcony, where you can relax and soak in the stunning ocean views, making this space your perfect place to relax after a day of adventure.



The dining area, conveniently positioned between the kitchen and living room, offers a table with seating for six.



Just off the living area, you’ll find the primary bedroom. This spacious retreat can accommodate up to four guests, featuring both a double bed and a queen bed, separated by a end table. The room also includes a private closet, dresser, and a wall-mounted TV for your entertainment. With its own access to the balcony, this bedroom offers amazing views of the ocean!



At the front of the condo, you’ll find the second bedroom, also capable of hosting up to four guests. It’s furnished with two double beds, each separated by a nightstand. An additional nightstand next to one of the beds has its own lamp for added convenience. This room also features a private closet, dresser, and wall-mounted TV.



For your convenience, there are two bathrooms in the condo, both designed with comfort and practicality in mind. The first bathroom is located directly across from the second bedroom and includes a shower-tub combo, a vanity sink with storage underneath, a mirror, and a toilet. The second bathroom is nearly identical to the first, providing the same amenities for your comfort.



Pack light! We supply all bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation.



Sand Dunes Resort boasts an array of on-site amenities, including:

Indoor and outdoor pools, a jacuzzi, and a sauna

Fitness center and coin-operated laundry facilities

Important Notice: Balcony Railing Coating Project

The Balcony Railing Coating Project will be underway for approximately 6–8 weeks (weather permitting), with completion expected by mid to late January.

During this period, signage will be placed on sliding glass doors to inform guests when balcony work is taking place. Please remind guests not to touch the railings, as they will be in various stages of coating and drying.

Please note:

Balcony access will be restricted only while work is being performed on that specific stack.



Important Notes:

This is a non-smoking property, both inside the studio and on the balcony. Smoking violations may result in fines starting at $150!

No pets or motorcycles are allowed.

Access to the private kiddie waterpark is restricted, but guests can enjoy other pools and recreational amenities.
