Endless resort amenities including 6 indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool, 10 indoor and outdoor hot tubs, two 225’ lazy rivers, sandy playground, outdoor fireplace, indoor game room, indoor fitness center, on-site dining (breakfast and lunch), coffee/snack shop, and seasonal poolside Tiki Bar. The resort also provides for onsite kid’s activities all year long (cash fees vary) plus poolside DJ all summer long (5/28 – 8/29: every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday plus other holiday dates).

Located in the Arcadian Shores area, some of the nearby points of interest include the Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, the new Coastal Grand Mall, the recently opened (Tiger Woods partnered) Popstroke, and many popular Myrtle Beach attractions such as 2000+ restaurants, miniature golf, entertainment family shows, parasailing, tennis, jet-ski rentals, fishing and sailing. No Pets, Trailers, Motorcycles, Golf Cart, or Commercial Vehicles allowed at this Property.

Parking is located at the Resort and up to 2 spaces will be available.

A code will be provided at the time of check-in for the smart lock.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $44. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.


This Property is legal and licensed by the City of Myrtle Beach!
You must be twenty-five (25) years of age to book this Stay. The person that books the Stay must be staying in the Condo as well.

No smoking/vaping allowed in or on the Balcony of the Unit; violators will be fined. The resort provides designated smoking areas.
No pets allowed; pets are not allowed.
Firearms are not allowed in any of our properties; any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and mopeds are NOT permitted.
Linens provided (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels)
Daily cleaning service and daily linen service not provided.
Departure cleaning included.
Hair coloring/dyeing NOT allowed. It does stain linens, towels, and furniture and we want to avoid this.
No disposing of oils or grease in sinks; please dispose of in the garbage.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilets.

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. In addition to neighborhood rules, guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules. Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

There is a $350 fine for any and each violation of the Sea Watch Resort rules that will be provided to you.

This is not a Party House!

Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Overflow Parking

Each property has a maximum number of vehicles that may be parked on-site. Please review the property's parking information prior to arrival and ensure your group does not exceed the allowed number of vehicles.
If your group requires parking for additional vehicles, overflow parking may be available at our office on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking must be arranged with our office in advance and is subject to availability.
A fee of $25 per vehicle, per night applies to all approved overflow parking. Vehicles parked in our overflow lot without prior authorization may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Please contact us before your arrival if you anticipate needing overflow parking so we can reserve a space for you.
