Inside, the central living space is up on the third floor, where a loft-like layout and large windows bring in views of the ocean and the surrounding neighborhood. On one side of this great room, there\'s an inviting living area with a sectional sofa, a TV, and dual sets of glass doors that lead out to an ocean-facing deck; on the other, you\'ll find a window-lined dining room, a door that leads to a balcony, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a peninsula bar counter. There\'s even more space to spend time with your loved ones downstairs in the game room (with a Cocktail Arcade Cabinet and a TV) and outside on the mid-level deck (with an eight-foot-by-15-foot swim spa). Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, seven TVs throughout the house, and baby gates, a high chair, and a booster seat for little ones. At night, you\'ll have your choice of one bedroom suite on the top floor, three bedrooms (including one with a private bathroom) on the second floor, and one more bedroom suite on the first floor.
