Internt tv with roku and netflix and showtime. back up 12 volt tv in master bed room. House has washer and dryer on site. Kitchen has enough cooking utensils for up to 20 people bedroom lay out can accommodate 4 couples with each couple on thier own king bed the other 2 rooms have 4 twins in each room. There is an up charge for additional guest past 3 guest. Each booking ties up the entire home, our guest will have the privacy of the full estate. with solar power and tesla power wall for back up power.

Disappointing. Place was musty and had not been cleaned in months. Plenty of pictures sent as proof, including a toilet bowl brush, molded coffee filter inside machine, greasy stove knobs, broken window blinds, and ruted and dirty grill unlike the one in the picture. I didn't expect luxury, but I didn't expect to feel insulted or taken advantage of. No hot water flow in upstairs main bathroom. All guests had to go downstairs for shower. Warm/hot water only in the evening. I could go on and on, but hoping other guests add their experience. Don't waste your until you have reassurance that the place has been cleaned and water issue is resolved. Thank you to Vrbo who responded professionally and accordingly.

Large enough for the whole family! Our mattress was super comfy (downstairs king), which is a big thing for me due to back problems. Plenty of towels and sheets. Cold A/C! Had almost everything we needed for cooking dinner every night, and Ralph’s was close by, if we needed anything. Neighbors are friendly. Frogs are loud. Had a nice time.

THE BEST!

Hello!My friends and I were staying at this place for a week and oh my goodness how pleasantly surprised we were by the accuracy in all the images and descriptions. We had an issue with something and once we called Chuck answered immediately and was super accommodating! The house is just stunning and definitely the “getaway” vibe we were looking for especially in the mountains! There was always something new for us to do there with the neighborhood have friendly faces, and animals too!Our favorite details was how homey it was. We all felt safe and cannot thank Chuck enough for providing extra stuff for us when needed.PLEASE STAY HERE IF YOU CAN! YOU WONT REGRET IT!Thank you again!Briarwood Crew

Family getaway!!

Overall, it was a great stay. Its located in a quite neighborhood with really friendly neighbors, and was very accommodating for a family of 7. The host Chuck was extremely helpful and responded to every single inquiry sent no matter the time. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the house but I want to review it for large groups like our family. We were 6 adults, two married couples, my mother, my other sister and my two boys. The house has enough sleeping for 16, but the house is not made for 16 people. We ran out of hot water most nights and some of use took cold showers which was not a big deal considering we grew up with the same conditions. The property owner or manager responded to my texts messages within 10 minutes both times I needed him which was great. The grill was dirty but that was known from previous reviews. The 1st floor bedrooms need some attention. The 1st floor smells like a moldy basement. Not sure if running a dehumidifier would help. The smell became better as we ran the AC. There were two coqui frogs in one AC unit, a centipede looking bug on the bed, and a large spider in the right side 1st floor bedroom with the kingbed. The minifridge unfortunately was not clean, it was gross and had mold and rotting liquid inside(unusable). We did not used the 2 bunk beds downstairs, but my other sister said her room smelled like a basement as well. The rooms were clean though. The upstairs rooms were all clean and the AC's run really cold. We did have 4 small lizards enter the 2nd floor bedroom. To fix this problem I would fix the door floor weathering strip in the king bed bedroom. The strip has a small gap. Extra keys should be made so people dont get locked in or out. Its a fire safety concern.

A very beautiful place

Chuck was very helpful getting is there. The pin left us a little before the place.. Not all rooms depicted on the description were available The downstairs masterbedroom had a different lock code. Chuck never gaves the code. The grills weren't in clean working condition. Still we had a great stay. The property was clean and well supplied with towels and toiletries. The place is very peaceful and the neighbors were welcoming..

Fabulous!

Chuck's place was exactly as described and we had a fabulous time there! The yard is gorgeous and the house looks like a palace on the outside. He keeps a shared pantry so there were all sorts of ingredients to help with our meal prep there. There was even Don Q in the pantry! Be aware that there are actually two separate houses in the compound, that are attached with a breezeway. We loved the setup but the main house is definitely nicer than the adjunct house. The house is about 25 minutes from a beautiful beach, 45 minutes from the entry to the National Forest (get tickets 30 days in advance!) and less than 20 minutes in two different directions to two different shopping centers with Super Walmarts. It is so remote looking that it took us a few days to find out how close to everything it was! We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend it to anyone traveling in a group/family that wants to experience an authentic Puerto Rican villa. We would stay again! 10/10.

Summer Vacation in Puerto Rico

We truly enjoyed our stay at Green Acres. It’s a beautiful view to walk out on the balcony in the morning. The neighbors were so nice and welcoming, especially “Don” Benito. I knew I could always flag him down for whatever ❤️. This is not the place to lay around and wait for room service. One is immersed in the culture, low water pressure and all 😂. Everything you need is nearby, mature fruit trees on the property. Will come back!!!!

This was overall a good stay. There were some things missing like washcloths, dish soap, and toilet paper, and a few others that we replenished and left at the home for future guests. Beds were comfy and spacious. Wi-Fi does not really work downstairs and the bathrooms had some issues but beautiful views outside, great outside deck upstairs and hidden away from too much noise. Everyone was overall satisfied with the home.

Beautiful location, very pleasant stay

This house was ideal for our family. We had the right number of rooms and beds and enough space in the kitchen to congregate as a family. Anyone staying here should be aware that the home uses solar water heating (sensibly), so the water will be hotter from midday onwards. Good value for money, and we'd stay there again.
