Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
They refused once we reached that there is no room available. After lots of discussion they provided some other room which was tiny and very dirty. Also it was home stay. You need to take 100 stairs to reach on the property also. Very bad expwrience. On top of that there is no option to connect with Expedia to get any help
