I and my colleagues travel frequently to Kenya, often with groups, and we usually stay near the airport for convenience to catch our flight onward elsewhere in Kenya the next morning. This was the first time to stay at the Argyle Grand, and it will be the hotel of choice going forward for my travels and groups I'm with. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, from the front door welcome staff, shuttle drivers, restaurant cook and wait staffs, to the front desk staff, and even to the management. There was an issue with our group reservations (my fault), but the staff was patient and accommodating, even allowing me to leave and catch my flight before the matter could be finally settled. (And it was settled on my return to the US.) The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast buffet is grand - be sure to allow time to enjoy it, perhaps opting to sit outside next to the beautiful courtyard!

I wish we could have stayed longer

I've stayed in many nice places and this was definitely one of the nicest. Modern, clean, spacious. Dinner and breakfast buffets were huge and delicious. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I've ever used. We only had one night to stay but it would have been nice to stay longer.
