With a trekking was very quick and efficient.We did not stay for breakfast.The only complaint I had is that the shower was actually cold! We had a very early morning flight, and I jumped in the shower at 3am and it was freezing cold!

We travelled with family of four from Australia. Novotel exceeded our expectations in everything, good for its price, rooms are clean and bed is wonderful, located between two big shopping malls Sarit and Westgate. Staff is awesome and very cooperative. Breakfast is basic, but good. We recommend this hotel to anyone. Very safe and comment for everything. We will definitely come back again.
