Very clean yard work was done while we were there. Garbage was not put out when we arrived around 5pm Tuesday so we moved out to front but it was too late it never got emptied. There was a large wasp nest by table outside in house siding, we sprayed it as my husband I very allergic to them. The place is very comfortable, nice neighborhood quiet. Enjoyed our stay would rent again

Cozy and comfortable

It was just 7 adults/family members staying at this VRBO. I was a little concerned about the location. But the price was right for it's location. When we got there, we noticed something what appeared to be blood on the sidewalk in front of the house. The next day the sprinklers wash most of it away. Not a concern. The house had a clean smell. As it was clean. Carpet needs be updated, but was clean. I was a little disappointed that the towels were old and stained. HOWEVER, with that being said, it was comfortable and cozy for our needs. Our adult children loved the ping pong table! Would I choose this place again. No. BUT, the price was right and 100% suited our needs. Nothing was broken, just old. The neighborhood was quiet. We didn't spend anytime in the backyard. It could use some updating as well. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.
