The fully stocked kitchen is great for meals in, and the spacious primary suite with a king bed includes a smart TV for your enjoyment. Please note: the fenced backyard is not currently landscaped and is not intended for guest use while improvements are underway.

We want you to enjoy your stay so we won't bother you on your vacation but we are available if you need us. We will communicate regarding visits for lawn maintenance or if there are any other details you need to be aware of. Our home is equipped with a smartlock at the front door to allow for easy entry and security. Completely close the door and press the lock button to lock the door when leaving.

While dogs are welcome at the home, we kindly ask that they remain off the back lawn during your stay so the grass can establish properly. The yard will be ready for full use by late September, and we appreciate your help in keeping it healthy for future guests.

We are committed to staying up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. If booking outside the Airbnb platform, you will be asked to complete a 3rd party independent verification and verify your details to complete your booking.
