Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming apartment for rent in Nancy, in a quiet, comfortable location. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), this 70 m² apartment can accommodate up to 3 travelers. It includes a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- Lounge area with sofa bed, coffee table and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.
- Dining area with table and chairs
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board...
The apartment is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy proximity to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby paid public parking lot (Parking Cours Léopold).
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Nancy train station, approx. 5 min by car (700 m)
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport, approx. 2 hours by car (149 km)
