Super Charming

It was a beautiful charming property and super clean, great price and service; conveniently located to activities we wanted to do. Cookies in the evening was a great treat. Breakfast was modest; by that I mean relatively moderate, limited, and small, but okay. I recommend going out for breakfast if you’re wanting something more substantial and tasteful.

Amazing stay!

Anniversary trip with family was amazing. Freshly baked cookies every evening and breakfast was freshly made also, very good. Rooms are comfortable and service was great, very friendly and helpful. If you want a relaxing vacation, stay at Elm House in Napa CA.

Cozy B&B near downtown Napa

Very cozy B&B near downtown Napa. We got the King room, which had plenty of space. Bed was perfect. We spent some time in the hot tub in the evening chatting with other guests. Great breakfast in the morning. We traveled for ~2 weeks throughout California & this location was our top pick!

The Elm House Inn is located on the west side of Napa and is situated on a roundabout. We had a room facing the street and traffic noise was significant during the day. Perhaps a room facing 3rd Street would be quieter. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff is friendly. The continental breakfast is good.
